At William Hines we took the long-way-round to making show-stopping, terroir-driven wines. We meticulously laid out our vineyards, factoring in the unique soil composition of our land—and tucked into the STA. Rita Hills we’ve worked our vineyards beyond sustainably. Our intervention in the vineyards and in the cellar is minimal, judicious, and quantifiably backed by independent testing.
